Ugh. I can't wait for this summer to be over. I am just dreading going to work tomorrow.
I work in construction outside Washington DC. I got thrown into the tail end of a project, so I can't keep up with the chaos and I'm really struggling with the work. I'm not a CivE, and I took this job for the wrong reasons. My GPA is low and I was desperate for a job, so I took this one as soon as I got the offer. It pays well and enables me to see my LDR bf every weekend, but those are the only redeeming qualities. I don't like my living situation because I have to share a bedroom with a 14 year old boy (I'm 20F) on weekends.
Idk why I made this post, I'm just so miserable. I don't want to go into this when I graduate, but I feel so guilty quitting when the summer is over. How do I quit a co op? Through email, or otherwise? Have any of you dealt with a shitty job situation before?
(Also, when you inevitably see this Nate, you were right :P)
