Post Body

Hi /r/EngineeringStudents!
I'm a rising sophomore in the Mechanical Engineering program at Pitt. I was curious to how you all started your search for Co-ops and internships. Who do I contact? How should I prepare?
Also, did you prefer local (to your home/school) co-ops or did you like to go somewhere else? My SO lives in Richmond so I'd prefer to be closer to him for a co-op, but I was wondering how doable that actually is.
Thank you so much!
