Thinking about going back to school.

I need some advice about what online program to go with. I already have an associates degree in Machine Tool Technology and have been a CNC machine operator for almost two years now in the aerospace industry. Although its a good paying job and a pretty easy I want more. I would like to be a process engineer or a QCE. What programs/degrees could I get to prepare myself for future advancement. Also I work full time on night shift so it has to be an online program. I would appreciate any feedback.
