I’ve always been on the heavier side, and my fingers carry weight. Even when I was smaller, my fingers have always been chubby. I was so afraid that my now husband (god I love saying that) would get the wrong size or not be able to find a ring that didn’t look like I was popping out of it. I personally think he did a great job at picking it out. And he was so smart about the proposal. He bought the floor model, and when he proposed we went in together to have it resized and make sure I got the right size. It even worked out because I’m a size 10.5 ring and the one he proposed with was a 6. They ended up making a new ring from scratch with a 10.5 band and allowed us to customize it however we wanted at no extra charge. They even gave us a loner ring so I didn’t have to go a long time without one. I threw in a pic of the loner ring as well as that’s what I had for most of the engagement and really didn’t think it was suited for chubby fingers. I was thankfully able to get married with my ring.
