So I was diagnosed with endo when I was 25. I’m now 31. I’ve had 2 laparoscopic surgeries since then. I have the occasional flare ups, and feel like it’s time to get checked out again (it’s been a year since I went to the gyn) because I’ve been in so much pain…. When I was first diagnosed, I was told it would be hard to get pregnant naturally, and that my Fallopian tubes would need to be removed because they were severely damaged and had blood clots. After taking a look during surgery, it was not needed 🤷🏻♀️ cysts were removed from both ovaries.
Anyway, I’m finally ready to have a kid of my own and have been trying to make it happen… and it’s just not. So should I see a fertility doctor next? Go back to my gyn? What specific doctor should I see? What tests should I ask for? Also I simply cannot afford to do IVF, so idk what to do next. Any advice would be appreciated!
