I had my first lap about 4 1/2 weeks ago, all endo excised. I've been feeling so much better all-around, except when it comes to sex. It's so incredibly painful during and after, to the point that I can hardly breathe without the searing pain. And the pain is from right above my pubic bone (I think that's what it's called?). The only time other than this that I experience this pain is after a bowel movement (post surgery - this pain never happened before my lap).

Is this normal? Should I wait a little longer in hopes that it gets better? I'm going to talk to my doctor about it on the 23rd, but it's plaguing me. Sex is something I greatly enjoyed prior to my surgery, and I'm terrified of it being this painful for the rest of my life...
