DAE use an anti-inflammatory diet to help manage symptoms? (Please share recipes if you do!)
Post Body

I’ve noticed a definite difference in my abdominal discomfort & energy levels when I stick with the anti-inflammatory diet. I’ve got my lap scheduled in 16 days, so limping along until then. I’m getting a little burned out on cauliflower/chickpeas/turmeric combos, which is mostly what comes up on Pinterest. If you have any recipes that you like, please share! I’m stockpiling 😉

(For anyone curious, I’m early 30’s. I’ve been symptomatic for endo since I was 14 & was ‘tentatively’ diagnosed with endo a month ago. My doc is 99% sure I have it, but won’t officially diagnose w/o laying eyes on it)
