negative lap

just had my first lap, it was negative. orilissa helped me but the side effects were too bad for me to continue. i can’t use birth control combination or progesterone only because they affect my mental health and they don’t even change my cramps or how sporadic and crazy my period is scheduled. i’m at a loss for what to do next.
