Pain in remaining ovary after removal of one tube and ovary

Hey everyone. I had my left ovary and tube removed on 5/2. I’ve been feeling pretty normal since the initial healing period passed until this past week. But now I’m tender to the touch on the right side of my pelvis, seemingly right around where my remaining ovary is. I also have internal pain which ranges from sharp to dull, also seemingly from the remaining ovary.
Is this normal?
