I’ve been off birth control for 2 years since my last lap. No pregnancy, but I did develop a nice sized chocolate cyst!

Today marked one week of my period being late. Took the test, nope! Not pregnant. Of course not. I don’t know if I can go another 2 years without BC.

I think I’ll give it the 5-6 months after this surgery and then hang my hat this time. I don’t know why I’m even posting this, I’m just really sad.

ETA: thank you to everyone giving advice, genuinely. My surgery for the cyst removal/clean up is in the beginning of May so maybe this will be my time. Or maybe it won’t! I need to make peace with that. This is not my first surgery to clear my tubes/treat endo. Unfortunately my endo is very persistent without being controlled hormonally.
