I've been playing for maybe 3-4 weeks now. I'm KL 28 with ~100,000,000 accumulated medals. Every time I revive, I'm able to work up to Discover the Omen of the Second Outland War in a matter of minutes. I've gotten to the next quest from buying the gold with gems but not otherwise.

I've tried just letting the game auto-quest for a couple days and I barely even got close to the 7q needed for the next quest and I feel like I'm wasting time that I could be accumulating medals by reviving.

Is there something I'm missing about questing? I have a lot of artifacts giving me huge percentages of quest gold and reducing quest open. What do?

Tl;dr I'm trying to get past q gold levels and have seemingly tried everthing. Halp.
