Has anyone else moved and the printer gone haywire after?

I moved a couple of weeks ago. Set my printer back up (never took it down, literally just put it in the front seat of my car) and now it's layer shifting on more than one axis. I've checked the belts and the screws, releveled the bed, and done PID tunes. Still having layer shifts after I leave the room. Suggestions on fixes?
