Is Cura Slicer better for the V3 SE than Creality Print?

As above, is cura better?
Maybe better quality prints? Faster printing? Better model support options?
I've been using Creality Print and seems ok (I'm two weeks in to 3d printing so all I know at the moment)
One thing I don't like about Creality Print is the model supports, they kinda suck, unless I'm missing options to change from the square support. The tree support on other slicers l think are faster and less wasteage?
