Starting to hate my life… the Ender3 Pro saga…
Post Body

Disclaimer: mobile user so not sure I have formatting right. Also, very very frustrated so grammar may not be spot on….

I bought this %@&$ printer hoping I could use it to make molds for soaps (I do cute soaps on Etsy, got an idea…. ran with it. I realize in the realm of creativity, I might be really lame. Lol). I am losing what little mind I feel that I have trying to use it.

First, I can’t figure out if it is 8-bit or 32-bit. It has a micro USB port so I am guessing 32-bit?

But wtf. The SD port appears to be a mini, not a micro? All I know is the micro is too small and the standard is too big??

How the Devil am I supposed to know what firmware? Where to even get started? I spent a lot of money over 3 hours of my precious sanity/time building this god forsaken piece of technology.

Oh, and don’t get me started on how many YouTube videos I have watched trying to figure this out… also, purchasing bits I didn’t realize I needed (ie, so card that doesn’t fit, usb to sd adapter to actually use the card with my computer… shall I go on?

Can someone maybe offer some help? Advice? Laugh at me if you like. Just want a little support.

UPDATE: it is possible I am a moron (I am also left handed, so I do lots of things the hard way). The card wouldn’t fit in the slot - which is too wide. And I kept trying to figure it out by putting it in toward the left side. Which doesn’t work. Stunningly, if you put it in right, it does click in. Now… why doesn’t it read the card? I formatted it and put the 4.2.2 firmware on it….
