I’m new to 3d printers and my z-axis doesn’t to work

I got an ender 3 pro a little while ago, I did two prints just fine bu now when I try to print it prints the base just fine but as soon as I get to the actual print my nozzle wants to drag along the print and eventually it pops the print off
