So I got it as a gift for Christmas brand new. I put it together as instructed, added the upgraded springs and leveling knobs that I got with it. Leveled it, or what I thought was level by videos I’ve watched. And printed the leveling diagram from thingiverse. The nozzle laid down a super thin layer that is now STUCK to my bed mat. So next I ordered the CR touch from a recommendation of a friend. Put it on, the printer, got the firmware for it on the SD card. Put it in, fired up the printer… BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH! Looked up how to solve that issue, followed instructions to the T. Still nothing. BLUE SCREEN!!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated before i seriously trash this thing.
