How to setup boot manager to show windows? (and other questions)

Hi, I'm a new EndeavourOS user, I was using Manjaro but I was tempted from this os and I'm so happy with it but I have a question or two:
- I had a windows installation, and I've installed EdeavourOS on the unallocated Space on the disk, but now I can't see windows option in the boot menu, can I solve this without install everything again? (by default it create just a single partition)
- I'm on Thinkpad x240 do I have to do something for intel cpu and gpu?
- why when I open the lid I have a black screen and I have to press a key to light it up?
- can you advice me a gui to undervolt? (tested correct vattage on windows months ago)
