GRUB config issue?

Rebooting my dual distro keeps loading to grub rescue, it mostly says disc not recognized, but when I trigger the Windows BIOS and exit through there. it boots up Linux again as usual, any fixes?
During my first installation I accidentally removed the live USB in the middle of restarting, and I had to remove partition/re-do all over again, I think that may have to do w this?
