I work at a pizza shop making $3 more an hour than minimum wage, where the tips are split among the whole staff including the dishwasher. A while back I had a coworker come up to me at the register, maybe only 4 feet away from the customer they just rang up, and started loudly ranting to me about them not tipping for their $5 dollar order. That was so awful and embarrassing that I had to just walk away and not be associated with that. I enjoy getting tips and it definitely is pretty important for my pay with my work trying to reduce our hours lately, but its crazy to me that you could be that entitled to the $1 that would have been split among 10 of us that you would make a scene right in front of that customer.
