I know that generally the doors appear and bless the person with a Gift but even if we look at it from Mirabel's Gift not being the norm as she is the new Matriarch of the family, even Alma has a room in the house.

Alma has no Gift but she has a normal room we've seen a few times now.

I just find it strange that Alma has a room in the house for herself but Casita didn't give Mirabel a room even if she has no Gift as clearly it can create rooms for those without Gifts (Alma's room and the Nursery). I suppose it can be seen as Casita didn't see a need to create a new room for Mirabel if she was already living in the Nursery but it still doesn't exactly sit right with me.

Anyone else have any thoughts on the subject? Is there something really obvious I'm missing or am I just dismissing things out of hand? Not really sure at this point.
