Paladin of the 9 Divines & Wintersun

Hi all! I'm gonna start a playthrough being a DnD paladin and I was wondering which Divine to follow since my guess is you can't really change it up every day with wintersun
Also if you have more mod recommendations to make the playthrough more fun like quests etc I'm all eyes!
