I started to notice that when dual wielding i am not getting the extra attack speed, to check it i used player.getav weaponspeedmult and it is at 0 when it should be at 1.35. when i use elemental fury it goes to 1.5 normally

I tried to use this mod : https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/10741 to fix the issue but it didnt work, player.getav weaponspeedmult still at 1 when dual wielding

EDIT : Uninstaled wildcat and attack speed is at 1 or 2.35 apparently the weaponspeedmult is only changing when i load into a new area and is buffing as to 2.35 when it should be 1.35
