I am a town employee in Arizona and I want to work 7 days a week or more. Is this allowed? From my understanding I am allowed to work up to 10 days at my discretion with 1 day off between 10 day periods

But I have also been told that I can only work 7 days a week legally with 1 day off.

However the town that employs me said it is illegal for me to work 7 days a week. However due to my position I need to work more hours to get what done what I was hired to do, and I would love to work the days and hours to pay bills.

I am the only employee currently at a town owned RV park and I am technically part time and supposed to work weekends only. But due to me being the only person running the park currently, does this entitle me to the right of demanding more hours and days to work?
