Post Body

Hi all! I recently had a job offer contingent on passing a drug test. It is a national company, and requires a FINRA background check. Not sure how this law pertains to my situation, but considering the fact that the wording has something about ā€œfederal licensesā€ (in this example, iā€™m asking about the life insurance, series 6 and 63) i thought iā€™d check. I smoke occasionally, and do not mind going ā€œdrug freeā€ moving forward, just wondering if my recent history showing up on a drug test will disqualify me completely. Thanks!
