Hi all! I recently had a job offer contingent on passing a drug test. It is a national company, and requires a FINRA background check. Not sure how this law pertains to my situation, but considering the fact that the wording has something about āfederal licensesā (in this example, iām asking about the life insurance, series 6 and 63) i thought iād check. I smoke occasionally, and do not mind going ādrug freeā moving forward, just wondering if my recent history showing up on a drug test will disqualify me completely. Thanks!
