Hel vs Kage

I have enough aether to limit break 1 purple hero and I am torn between Kageburado and Hel.
I do have Seshat with 20 emblems and Santana with an emblem fully ascended
Finally I just got khiona who is in the ascension process and quintus from the hero academy(was thinking of ascend him to 3-70 after khiona).
Who do you guys think I should limit break?
