I'm overflowing with heroes to ascend, but I only have 8 compasses. Suggestions welcome!

Currently I have Grimm at 4/55, Vivica at 3/35, and Quintus at 3/24 (with no materials to push either of those 5*s to their next level once they hit 70, so...I'm not that worried about them right now), and then I have all of these waiting:

5*s:

• Isarnia 2/60
• Domitia 2/60
• Azlar 2/60
• Leonidas 2/60

4*s:

• BoldTusk 3/60
• Caedmon 3/60
• Wu Kong 3/60
• Sonya 3/60
• Sabina 3/60
• Sumitomo 3/60
• Gormek 3/60
• Kiril 3/60
• Scarlett 3/60
• Kashrek 3/60
• Li Xiu 3/60
• Melendor 3/60

And I'll have Tiburtus and Lady Woolerton to that level soon-ish.

I also have 6 green trainer heroes burning a hole in my pocket and taking up roster room, so I'm thinking I ought to boost at least one green. My alliance recommendations were noncommittal between Kashrek and Caedmon, given that I already have Vivica pretty well leveled.
