Thinking of kitbashing this guy into a forge lord

How would y’all make him into a ec forge lord. I was thinking of getting another ec tartaros praetor helm for him or a phoenix termi helm. Scrape away the iw logo on his belt and replace it with a jewel of sorts. Scrape away some of the smaller rivets.
