Hi, I’m a clairsentient empath but I haven’t learned how to hone in my skills or learned how to turn it on or off. Now that I’m more aware, I realize when I’m potentially taking on emotions that aren’t mine, but I only notice it only with people I have a connection with like my mom or selected friends. I do try to block out those emotions when necessary but being an empath has been helpful on some occasions so I want to develop it more.
I’ve been told I’m very intuitive but I honestly can’t tell whether it’s my intuition or my own thoughts. Can anyone give any advice on where I can start and how I should practice? Thanks in advance!
