as well as Jasmine who was also a teenager so Cain is legit a repeat sex offender does the show ever bring this up? its pretty iffy I mean I know the character is a lot different now than he was back then but regardless the character did this stuff the writers can't just conveniently forget about it when having him interact with modern day storylines that involve people committing the same crimes he did.
