As someone with diagnosed autism I’m really upset about what they are saying about autism. The whole self diagnosis thing is not a thing. When I went through my 4 year wait to get a diagnosis not once was I told to self identify. They are creating stereotypes with autistic people and it’s really made me annoyed and angry. I don’t know how to feel if they are autistic or not but the way they are talking about it is really damaging to the autistic community. What max said about her was totally justified and he said it with a high level of sincerity.
