Station troubles

I've been trying to turn in ONE single mission in the MAINANI system, and this CMDR has gone AFK on the only M sized landing pad, I mean I waited a good hour watched some YouTube, still there... so I took a shower and went shopping for over an hour............... and the CMDR is still there, sitting in his Phantom just AFK for over Two hours!..... log out if you plan on being gone for more than 15 minutes in a one station system!
