“Zero” threat mission

So I’m literally doing reputation missions to rank up. This one being a mega ship mission. Zero threat…yet of course when I go there, I scan it. Immediately they get attacked. Fine. I usually stay out of it. One accidentally strikes me. They all turn red. Obliterate me in like 10 seconds.
For the record I have a lightly engineered anaconda right now (don’t hate on what I’m using for the mission I’m too lazy to go get my other ship). Just what a waste of time and useless filters for mission threat levels
