Exploration boredom

I've been doing the road to riches, jumping around doing the dscan and fss. I find it enjoyable but also boring as hell. Adhd and autism spectrum does that to me.
What do you do while going around to keep yourself entertained, stimulated, and so on? I like doing the toad to riches, commodities trading, and transportation missions, yet I'm always staring off into space (pun intended).
And a side question: has anyone had luck and fun twitch streaming the game?
