So up front Iām not a big explorer, more of a little bit of everything type player.
That being said I do love to follow exploration news in elite, i love all the pictures and discoveries happening in our huge mostly unexplored galaxy.
What particularly got me, and I like to tell this story to people about the game is when the fuel rats rescued the commander going for the record of furthest distance.
I just had a though that fleet carries will most likely extend that record.
You could jump out there in a carrier with a team and build a purpose build a wing of ships with just fuel tanks.
Start at the furthest point without anything you would need to get there and go for it.
The fuel rats could have broken the record, because they reached him WITH enough fuel to get him and them back.
Is anyone planning such a expedition?
