Weaponry for PvE/PvP Piracy?

Since I´m brazoke and too lazy to do missions or mining or whatnot, I´d like to go on a little robbing spree.

Rebuilt my PvP Phantom into a pirate vessel. Looking for recommendations regarding weapons.

Right now I have fitted 2x3c Frags w/Incendiary and 2x2c Cannons (no engineering yet. Looking at High yield)

The Frags strip shields in no time. And I´m looking to disable modules with the cannons. While testing w/ NPCs I found Seekers too heavy handed on the hull. Makes ém go boom way to fast.
