Haven't played shooters fps in a year. Thought I'd pump out my vulture. Started getting back into it went okay. Flew to GD 219 and got all A grade stuff. Up to a value of 9M. Went to a close low intensity combat zone: almost died, died, almost died, and then died again. Was super annoyed because I would be okay 1v1 but hard to keep on taget with AI flying around. But then randomly I'd get targeted by a Corvette while engaging an viper or vulture. I would get ripped to shreds and it would be over. So I took the free sidewinder. I have: sidie, asp explorer decked, dolphin semi-decked, and a Keel back decked for trading. And about 3M credits
Should I just give up on combat and enjoy trading stuff?
Have given some thought to going back to a eagle / viper and re- learning the best practices as I would just always wind up getting dragged into deeper combat in the vulture. Also being more agile ships perhaps it would be easier / more suited for my style..the vulture felt like a tank with A grade thrusters I could never turn quickly to stay on target.
Edit: Did have rebuy but got sick of it, and figured I need to return to basics. Maybe a stupid decision but hey.
