Any places in colonia with decent outfitting

Been looking on eddb and a couple other sites but I'm having problems finding a good station with some decent outfitting to squeeze out a little more cargo space in my conda for trading. But I can't seem to find a place out here that offers a shield that I can free up my seven lot with.
Tldr: looking for a place in Colonia with a large landing pad and the smallest shield I can buy for my anaconda. Also by Colonia I just mean the general area and not just the specific system
