Upgraded vulture

Would anyone else be willing to pay like 40 mil for a vulture with 1 size bigger power plant and power distribution maybe another utility slot? I miss my vulture but i want to fill the gaps that were left you could give up engines for 4A boosters shields but then also stuck with pulse lasers. I just want a thrusters and still be able to have a fair ramming contests vs npc anacondas (3 to 1 with no guns)
