I understand festival needed to be shut but no excuse for box office 20 min from fest to also be closed

Like seriously I got there once it open today and got told that it wouldn’t be open till later but now looks like they won’t be open till tomorrow according to the app
I was there yesterday at the box office from 4 finally got to the front to be helped by 7:45 gave me all my wrist bands but said they ran out of parking passes and told me to go try again tomorrow or go to gate seven so I just parked illegally in the festival and luckily my car was still there when of the trees ended
