Question about Digitakt and Model:Samples pads/buttons

Post Body

I'm considering to buy the Model:Samples, as I see it as an upgrade from the Volca Sample, which I love. I like the way one can acces immediatelly to the controls in the interface of the M:S. But after reading different reviews, many users say that the M:S buttons feel stiff and low quality.

I also see that a lot of folks recommend to save and get a Digitakt instead of the M:S, which I can understand but gets me confussed when I see that one has to dive a bit in the menu for getting some effects that can be reached inmmediatelly in the M:S.

Cause of this, I want to ask: how is the feeling of the pads/buttons with the Digitakt? I have carpal tunnel so any ease while pressing stuff is so much welcome for me.

PS: I'm interested in both of these machines cause of the lo-fi, granular, and textural possibilities they bring and their amazing parameter lock options, but I'm open to other suggestions. My budget right now is about 500 €.
