neptune 3 pro SSD card not opening.

I am having trouble opening my ssd card and picking GCOD to print. I have reformatted my SSD and i have GCOD loaded onto the SSD but whenever i press "print" on the screen nothing opens. im just continuously just clicking print and nothing is opening its just staying on the main screen. the power also seems to cycle as in the fans pop on then off whenever i use the SSD.
