Currently reaching out to Elegoo for assistance, as well as to request a few other parts.

I ordered a used N3 in (Good used) condition off Elegoo's official eBay outlet and overall it seems like a great value. Super excited to get to use it soon.

The biggest issue is the right-hand (if looking at the printer) Z-Axis Lead Screw is bowed about 1/4 down the tower. When the Z-Axis moves up/down, you can see the metal screw wobble back and forth.

I removed the tower's guide rail hex screws and removed the rubber-band that syncs the two towers together. I thought it may have been due to too much tension at the top.

After exposing the screw, I twisted the base knob to see if the release of tension fixed it... It did not.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is it best to let elegoo respond on this one?

It seems odd for such a large metal screw to warp so badly. Functionally, it's causing the print head rail to stop at times due to being out of sync. I have not attempted to print anything until a few other parts arrive.

Update:

Elegoo is sending a full replacement set of parts. Truely an awesome customer service.

The Neptune 3 Plus was purchased on their Ebay Outlet store for $200. With the replacement parts, I consider that another $20 or $30 in savings.

The closest alternative option was around $300 for an open box one...

I highly recommend their ebay store for good deals on used and refurbed printers
