An issue with printing

Hi I bought an elegoo Neptune 3 about a year ago. During a print I had to turn it off midway through and it hasn’t been able to print properly. Some filament oozes out. I haven’t touched my printer since but I’d like to get back into it. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue and can give descriptive instructions? I’m very new and have almost no idea what I am doing. Ty
