Post Body

I bought a Mars in April of 2020. It has been working fine. A week ago I began having issues with prints, and it appeared that my 2k LCD screen had gone bad (burn out spots). I ordered a replacement, and I installed the replacement according to the video tutorial inside of the box.

I performed a screen check after installation and everything appeared to be working properly

I began printing, and two hours later the print failed.

I thought it might have been a failure on my part, so I re-leveled the bed and reset the print.

It failed - nothing was exposed.

I did a screen check, the rectangle flashes up on the screen for a brief moment then disappears.

I reached out to service, but looking to see if anyone has any ideas
