Is this the correct FEP?

I've tried 3 times to replace the fep on my mars 3 in an effort to solve my printing issues. I'm using these sheets

ELEGOO 5PCS FEP Release Film for ELEGOO MARS LCD 3D Printer 140 * 200 MM 0.15mm Thickness https://amzn.eu/d/22LmOeI

And each time despite using the printed fep guide the prints are now sticking to the fep. I am guessing that my FEP is too tight? I've lubricated it and releveled and it's still sticking, (I don't know how to use the sound method) I'm wondering if I have brought the wrong feps and surely it shouldn't be so tricky? Also would loosening the screws help to reduce the tension and make it work or do I need to reinstall it again
