Electrum Synchronizing
Post Body

My electrum client is always synchronizing. Same thing with my friends on totally different computer. This is happening with all wallets I am using on this computer. I am using strictly watch only wallets, but did try one regular wallet to see if that's the problem, and it couldn't connect either.

It seems the problem is sort of intermittent. It always says synchronizing, but for a couple of the wallets it at least was able to retrieve balance on one, and on another at one point it showed no balance in history, but did in the "addresses" tab after clicking 'show addresses'

I've tried what was recommended in other threads: Unchecked 'select server automatically' using the following steps

Tools > Network > uncheck select server automatically > right click first server btc.electrumx.cash > clicked 'use as server'> closed window because no 'save' or 'apply' option. The top white box changed to btc.electrumx.cash. No luck. Tried many more options no luck. Clicked overview tab, right click a node e8.keff.org > 'use as server'. (Not sure what difference is between choosing a node from overview as server, or choosing a server under 'host' in server tab as server? Same thing or something not sure? seems likely no though? Says connected to 10 nodes, but keeps changing 7 nodes, 11 nodes, etc

What are next steps? I turned vpn off before trying all of this, and am using 3.3.4.

Thanks guys, and kudos to Electrum for being the best wallet out there!
