Electro Stim with urethral sound

Looking at the Sound Clamping Monopole Glans Electrode on Joanne's site. Sounding is new to me, so I am looking for suggestions for a good urethral sound to use with it. I have seen some videos where guys look like they are inserting something that looks to be rubber. Any suggestions on good alternatives, and on how to connect so the sound is electrified? Thanks!
