Can someone help me understand this datasheet information?

Hi, I am unable to understand why the supply voltage of this op-amp has been defined like this. Generally it is directly given as /- X volts. From this information, am I supposed to conclude that the minimum rail voltage is /- 1.8V or /-0.9 V. Because in all of the further specifications, Vs has been given as 1.8V and even on the first page, it says supply voltages as low as 1.8V.
