Urgent op amp help

Iām trying to amplify my signal from .3Vp to 5V I am using an LM741 or LM358 but every single time it comes out as shown even when I add a low pass filter it comes out incorrect. My gain is 16.6 and Iām using a mechanical potentiometer. I am getting the appropriate output voltage but the signal peaks up as shown. Any suggestions are helpful.
