T4 Suspension Questions

Are there any light riders <65kg (150lbs) there that ride a T4

I have one on the way and have some questions about the suspension.

Coming from riding a 16x with no PowerPads/Brake Pads felt every little bump in the road, If I didnt slow down enough or concentrate on what I was riding over my feet would jump off the pedals. Also overtime for longer rides say 20 kms my feet/legs would hurt (This is probably just an experience thing as I only have 800~ total kilometers riden) Whats the stock suspension like? have you made any adjustments? Changed/swapped any parts out?

Coming from riding scooters with hydraulic suspension with dampeners, the stock springs/setup didnt move much with someone my weight riding it.

Please let me know.
